The Community Relations and Sustainable Development (CRSD) Department of “Oyu Tolgoi” LLC, an international mining company conducting extensive exploration and project development in Mongolia, is accepting applications for one (1) “Participatory Environmental Monitoring (PEM) Program Coordinator”.

Applicants must demonstrate excellent work ethics, be willing to work in Umnugobi at least 50% of the time, and possess the following qualifications.

Essential Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental science, biology, natural resource management, hydrology, or a related field OR equivalent work experience in one of these fields.

• Minimum 3 years professional experience managing and/or implementing programs or projects in the environment sector, particularly those at the rural, community level.
• Fluency in English and Mongolian Languages.

·         Strong project management and coordination skills

·         Experience with monitoring & evaluation (M&E) frameworks & methods

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multitask and work as a team

• Experience in using MS office applications including Word, Outlook and Power point.
